Based on the «Software Development TeamLead's Book» by Viktor Bolshakov [CIO DatsTeam] we created a course where we examined each team leader's competence in detail. The course is divided into 3 blocks: Team Leader Junior DatsTeam – mandatory for all teamleads, online Team Leader Middle DatsTeam – a little theory and a lot of practice + cases, online Team Leader Senior DatsTeam – only cases from the practice of the most experienced team leaders, online Course objectives: - tell how Datsteam sees the role of the team leader, his duties and rights - what is expected from a teamlead of different levels - what each competence consists of and how it can be developed
